Wiper wheel box nut and seal.

The 8 sided nut and the seal on the drivers side wiper wheel box, are missing on my 1977 Dolomite 1300.Correct me if I am wrong,but the nut is 520205,and the bush is 519323.Is there also supposed to be a metal washer or something else there,and if so,what is its part number?Once again,I very much appreciate all the advice I get on this forum,and thanks.Joe.

I've been looking at this as well today, what with all the rain we've been having.
I reckon that metal washer " NSS " is on the inside of the wiper spindle, as I can't see it on the outside.
I think its part of the spindle assembly 520168.
