Searching for DCY183K

#1 Post by Bradman »

Hi folks -

I”m asking on behalf of a pal at Club Triumph, and not sure if this is the right place to do this but...

Does anyone know the whereabouts of a red Triumph Dolomite, registered in 1972 as DCY183K? Its history from new to around 1985 is known, but after that the trail goes cold.

Last taxed in 1989, and the last time DVLA released a V5C for it was 28th Feb 1990 - so could be scrapped, or it could be quietly returning to nature in a garage somewhere.

Cheers!
Bradman.

Current classic cars: 1974 Triumph Dolomite (Honey), 1978 Triumph Dolomite Sprint (Holly), 1974 Triumph Spitfire 1500 (Pepper)

Past cars: 2003 BMW Z4 roadster 3.0 (Marty), 1972 Triumph Spitfire IV with 2.0 I6 (Polly), 1972 Ford Escort 1100L with RS2000 running gear (Nora Batty)

Not known to the Club, altough a member may own it but just hasn't told us about it....
