soda blasting is unlikely to take rust off an older panel.

Ok, it's never been fitted and is a repro front panel, was going to put it on Ebay but it has some very light surface rust and i wanted to remove it and then maybe give it a coat of primer

If it's only light rust, rub it down by hand with some wet & dry, then prime.

I sort of have on the outside of the panel but it's the nook and crannies on the back i was hoping to get cleared up, maybe will give it a go with a light wire brush or a drill with a sanding flap

if you are selling it then personally I would just give it a light clean to get rid of the worse, don't paint it as most people want to see what they are buying and painting i makes it look like you are hiding rust so may put people, the buyer will likely want to get it cleaned and properly painted anyhow.
