Help Needed

#1 Post by rp2000 »

Hello, Newbie amateur would like guidance if possible. I own a 1974 Triumph Toledo with a difference. It has been unused since 1975 and garage stored throughout its life. Only 3008 miles with all original documents including reg doc, sales invoice, tax disc and service book. Ziebart rust protection and showroom condition although brake hydraulics need sorting.
Any ideas on its value and best place to market it?
Many thanks

If it's been standing for 45 years it's probably going to need more than just a bit of fresh brake fluid to get it roadworthy. Virtually every seal or bit of rubber - especially the tyres will need replacing for starters. That said, it's a far easier project to take on than a car which needs bodywork! Ebay would probably be your best bet, that's the way it will find its value.
