I have a dolomite sprint that loses about a quarter a pint of water every 200 miles, I see water on the underside of the starter motor and on the underside where the gearbox
is bolted to the engine, all hoses, water pump etc are dry, has any other owner had a similar experiance ?

probably the blanking plate at ther back of the head.
