Carpet fitting

I have removed the front carpets from the Toledo for cleaning today, TBH, removed bundle of rough Hessian and a sort of cohesive black fluff masquerading as a carpet, I dont have the budget at the moment to replace them with a mega expensive carpet, and honestly Im thinking more in the lower budget of carpets,
Has anybody got any preferences of type, ease fitting etc person to buy from?..... E Bay, Rimmers, Amazon, I did have experience of buying EBay carpets, I was asked for my phone number on the pretext "for delivery confirmation", then harassed by a fella trying to get me to buy other bits too
