Windscreen wiper motor

#1 Post by Oli_88 »

Morning all, giving the engine bay on Lolo a bit of a refresh at the moment.
When I removed the windscreen wiper motor to clean it up, the grommet between the motor and mounting plate completely disintegrated, does anyone have a source for these?
Or better off punching a hole in a suitably sized grommet?
I also need one of the unique looking mounting bolts for the motor to the plate, when I removed it, one of them appears to have disappeared to Narnia.
Lots of changes happening with the car again, due to be taking it to Goodwood for Shedfest in May.
Completely new wiring loom going in, better fuse box, relay box, hiding the wiring as much as possible and a general spruce.
Also have the original heater and fan motor available for free to whoever wants it. Though they're probably better off in the scrap pile.

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark, and we're wearing sunglasses.
Hit it.
