Does anyone know what pinstripe colour goes with Carmine red?

On a Sprint it is silver

Though only in the Sprint format, I believe? The 1850/1500 HL that had pin stripes had either a single thin stripe to a double thin stripe

Only Black or Silver Sprint stripes from the club in stock. Any other colour is a special order. We also have 1500 SE stripes in silver, of course, but we also have a couple of Gold SE stripes.
Sprintless for the first time in 35+ years.
