Irish members??

#1 Post by Garfin »

I know there are a few Irish members out there who come on the forum now and again. My membership form is going in the post today and my new acquisition (Dolly 1850) should be delivered next week, hurrah! :D

Question is, are any of you interested in a regular meet up, maybe bi-monthly meets? Maybe a pub that's fairly central for everyone (somewhere near the M50?).
It'd be good to meet up and share advice, thoughts, stories etc.

Hi Garfin,

Congrats on getting a Dolly.
I have a 1979 1500 SE which I had at the Terenure show last Sunday (on the IVVCC stand), if you were there.

I am toying with the idea of joining the TCOC http://www.triumphclassicownersclubireland.ie/home.html.
They are having a road run on Thursday eveing 24th July from the Coachmans Inn close to Dublin Airport so may go along to that and perhaps meet you there??

What area of Dublin are you at? I am in Lucan. Feel free to drop me an email...maybe even with a pic of your new motor!

A pity this wasn't right at the start of the year. I went to Dublin in a Sprint. Here it is in the car park of the Lynch Green Isle hotel.

The next time I go I'd like to take my 1850.
