I have all the front subframe out for the engine replacement, so no problem to replace any/all the bushes. Why do you say leave subframe ones out? Does it make for too hard a ride? Cheers, Ian.

Hi, yes they were, the previous owner of my Dolly, broke three 1500's, hence all the spares. Unfortunately, for all the boxes of spares, he didn't keep a clutch pedal and assembly! Cheers, Ian.

Hi, had a problem exactly the same as this but with a Ford, changed lots and as with you, fuel filter was clean... it turned out to be the filter on the end of the fuel pick up pipe in the tank was blocked and when the engine was running it would stop after a while. As a pom over here, I had to have a UK car and have bought a Dolomite. It is an 1850, but the engine is cooked.<br>
It comes with three spare engines that I think are either 1300cc or 1500cc; definately not the same as the 1850, how do I identify what I have? Thanks ...
