Do you mean a custom exhaust manifold? I'm not very good on the technical stuff.
That's a long term objective of mine. There have been a few posts on the subject so I'll try and find an old thread with the details. It's not an easy proposition. (finding the thread and a custom manifold!)
Re: Extractors on a Sprint???
I've done a few scetches etc...

My idea is to bend the system upwards, not down, as there's no room for a beneficial design. I'm working on a 4-1 design with the collector finally pointing downwards at the back of the motor. My race car doesn't have the heater motor there anymore, so I have a bit more room than usual...

Another idea was to have 8 small pipes, the same diameter as the eight ports exiting the head. This would be really cool, and if done right would have the potential of acutally doing a better job than 4 1&3/4' pipes....

Imagine the comments.....<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... s/wink.gif ALT=";)">

Re: Extractors on a Sprint???
There is a racing team in the Young Timers trophy over in Germany that have done it - but they moved the motor in a major way. I'll try and track down the details - I had a photo of the engine bay but the old laptop was stolen.
Series is on http://www.youngtimer.de - I'll go searching for 'em.
