Re: it's time

I'm in Colchester so I'm a bit tucked in the corner of the country and working away so I definitely won't have the time too fit it. Would be nice to give it to someone who knows the dolomite sprint as they would also have a love for the car they are working on and not just thinking about the money :(

Re: Sprint engine rebuild??????

I got a quote from robsport about the cost of rebuilding my engine. To have a straight rebuild was £3,000. They showed me a rebuilt one and it looked fantastic. If you count up the man hours to get the engine looking as good as they have its probably worth it plus it would have guarantee with it. If ...

Re: PCK911T MY STORY

Re: technical help

I had similar problem , I also thought everything was ok
I ended up rebuilding the carbs and when I put them back on I still had the same issues,so i bought new floats and and valves and that cured the problem, i would have a look at changing the floats and valves first
Hope this helps

[quote="Mahesh"]Did you position you needles correctly, ie with the needle guide flush to the bottom.

Also sounds like spindles are not fully closing.
