Overdrive unit for Sprint
I’m in need of a good overdrive unit for my Sprint gearbox.
Preferably good working order but if needs some TLC like a service kit then that’s ok.
Don’t want a clapped out one as got that already
Best call on 07887655369 as not on forum regularly.
Thanks Rob

Re: Fuel pump fitment
Thanks - that answers the question.
Seen some on eBay - mainly for Mini but are these the same?
Ridiculous they don’t supply spacer

Fuel pump fitment
Anyone had trouble fitting a QH fuel pump on a Sprint?
Seems to be a tricky blighter - played around for 10 mins but left it as getting annoyed.
Is there supposed to be a spacer at all ?
Let me know

Re: Fuel lines replacement
They look good. My mind is made up.
I’ll pop to our local screwfix store tomorrow.
I’ve got the old fuel line as a template and have a pipe bender so I’ll have a go

Re: Fuel lines replacement
Assume copper pipe ok with petrol ?
Certainly easy to work/shape and fit.
Easy on the wallet too

Fuel lines replacement
I need to replace fuel lines front to back on my Sprint.
Have an old fuel line that’s rotten here and there so thinking of replacing with stainless steel braided rubber hose - anyone done this and recommend supplier?
Know it’s not original etc but genuine replacement not available anyway (I don’t ...

MCK 329T
Wondered if this is around with anyone.
Sold it about 2009 I guess - it’s on SORN and has been for yonks with no MOT for years neither.
Does anyone know the whereabouts?
Not particularly interested in buying it back (who knows) but hope it’s safe somewhere.
It’s in White (code 19), black ...

1974 Sprint V5
My 1974 Sprint does not have Sprint against “Dolomite” on the V5
The chassis number commences with VA and is a 1998 engine size.
Guess this is how they were shown then as a later V5 does state “Sprint” on log book

MCK329T- any one know of its whereabouts ?
I bumped into an old Dolomite owner I knew many years ago at a classic car meet in Hull last night.
We were discussing our old Sprints we had back in early 2000’s.
I sold mine - MCK329T a white one for the £3k (with an LSD) - I know
Just wondered if anyone has it on here ?

Re: Boot lid not fitting - At all !
I have the answer to this now.
The second hand bootlid was pushed in the centre, although not noticeable at all. Must have had accident damage at some point.
I took it off and bent/levered the lip back in to shape - I chipped some paint inside lid but it’ll touch up. I tried to do as evenly as ...
