TT10106, can anyone tell me what the valve clearances should be, is it 10-11 thou inlet, 12-13 thou outlet?

What about 16VT14, I believe this is a Kent Cam, whereas TT10106 is Triumph Tune. Am i confusing myself here?
The Cam (and I never doubted you Dave) is 408 thou which according to the list I have is same as SPRINT cam, which would need the valve clearances mentioned above, but speaking to Kent Cams direct, they have advised 9-10 thou inlet, 11-12 thou outlet?
Any cam specialists out there who can help?

Personally I go 7thou inlet and 8 exhaust as in the leyland ST manual. I find they rattle like hell below that.

The Triumphtune cams were ground by Kent.
The figures I quoted were given me by Pete Cox of Cox & Buckles, (now Moss). He is a bit of a cam and gearbox guru...
