Amazon yes! you gotta love 'em!

But a FREELANDER????? I thought you knew about cars Jonners!!!!!!
I'd rather PUSH my CAVALIER (never mind the Carledo) than drive a Freelander, not that you ever can drive a Freelander, they're just expensive drive ornaments!

I know damn all about freelanders but it got smiles and cheers from me for just being such a leftfield choice of tool for that job. Did sound good though, must have been a V8.

I think I've come across that Freelander before, and if it is the one I'm thinking of, there isn't much Freelander in it - GRP panels on a spaceframe chassis that simply looks like a Freelander...

Were the Armed Forces Rally Team out there? They are brilliant, they use a fleet of almost-standard 'Wolf' Land Rovers and drive more impressively than half the proper rally cars. They also have a brilliant cameraderie, pulling each other, and other competitors, out of ditches on the way!

Well, you can guarantee the sunshine brings them all out !
Today was an excellent day for Classics.
First spot; I think it was known as a " Commer flat-bed". Like this one only in grey. And pre-1963.

Then 2 TR6's one red and one white on the A322 :bluewave: wave, wave, a TR5 look-alike with a hard top in sparkling racing green.
But the top spot has to be this Sunbeam Talbot in excellent used every day condition at Kempton Park.

Just spotted SFB on my driveway....

Does that count? Probably not, but it does look good.

On stands so I could sort the exhaust flange gasket and take pics of underneath....duly done and sounding good.
