I believe this Sprint does stand for long periods but it is well maintained, so would have the correct antifreeze solution in it at all times.
Sprintless for the first time in 35+ years.

TR7 or 1850 block will do.
Earlier this year I drove all the way from Hampshire to south Wales and handed over £200 for a sprint engine and after inspecting it when I got home I found a 50mm square of crank case missing
so don't beat yourself up Mart over missing something.
I found a replacement block in first class condition in an engine machinist's workshop that had been rebored and left there by the owner years ago so my sprint engine is going to cost me an extra £100 plus to rebuild, but will have new pistons and be a better than most lump. Then its on to Ebay with it

I took the block to the M/C shop on Monday to have a liner fitted. A couple of hours later I got a phone call from them telling me the block now has a hole in it...
They still had approx. .75mm. to bore out for the liner to fit. So that block is scrap. Luckily I am rebuilding a new engine for John (JTSprint) and he kindly said that I could use his old one.

Come on Jonners, a liner in that block would crack in about 10 seconds from the heat differential. It's not meant to have water outside it or it would be 10 times as thick (at least).
Good coffee table curio though, the only Sprint with a wet liner engine!

Should have added a smiley....
That is a worryingly thin water jacket. I know they did have a lot of casting failures on Sprint blocks back in the day....
TR4's are wet liner....the liners are about 1cm thick iirc.
