Can anyone tell the the difference between the two, does the sprint box fit inside the 1850 tunnel ?

The late 1850 (single rail) gearbox tunnel has the gearlever hole displaced about an inch to one side, whereas the Sprint hole is central. There may be some slight discrepancies with the mounts for the coin tray/console too. But the overall shape is similar. You could probably make it work if you were desperate! It's the only one that stands a chance, the OHV tunnels are too narrow for a Sprint box and auto variants are too low.
