Did you misread the response to Jeroen saying he didn't know the term gland, or something? Liver = biggest gland in the body.
The 16v Slant 4 engine is more fun than the 3.5 V8, because you mostly drive it on the upslope of the torque curve.

In this context it would be a 'rubber knel'. You kan have also a 'plastic knel' and only knel is a brass one. Knel translated to English would be squeeze or stuck in a tight space.
