It will probably stay turbo free as its my daily driver and has more than enough power now.tony g wrote:Great stuff well done ! How long before you try and squeeze a Jackson supercharger kit in there ?![]()

I said that about the Carledo, which currently has about 135bhp. Now the chassis and brakes are sorted, Gaz ASPs, poly bushes, Trackerjack conversion, Toyos, etc, I am thinking that a few more horses would not go amiss! I'm currently looking at the 220bhp Astra Turbo unit which will bolt up to my gearbox and mounts, that should stave off the power cravings for a bit! Just got to find one for the right money!philgroom wrote:It will probably stay turbo free as its my daily driver and has more than enough power now.tony g wrote:Great stuff well done ! When I first got the car it had a few wiring problems so I separated some of the circuits into a second fuse box. Got a new fuse box for blade fuses so hopefully it will be more reliable than the glass fuses.Jon Tilson wrote:Odd that. The headlights - and the side lights are NOT wired via the fuse box.
Have a look at the wring diagram...

I've got sprint alloys on it and a set of steel wheels that came with the car as a spare set.Carledo wrote:175/70 is the standard Sprint size with 185/60 as a useable alternative - though it does make the wheels look small in the arches!
Are you still running the stock Dolly steelies?
I have a set of MGF Minilite pattern 15s for £100 if you're interested.
