2 inch carbs

Can anyone help with the best jet and needle setting for 2 inch su carbs. Going on to my sprint.

According to my old Triumph Tune manual you should definitely get HS8s fitted with the 125 jets (six pot Jaguars had them from memory) not the 90 type jets as fitted to Rovers.

Use the UE needles up to sports air filter and exhaust.
Use UM needles for the above plus a 'Road' camshaft.
Then for anything more extreme, camshaft wise, use UV needles.

What kind of choke linkage will you use - if any?
I have looked around for the parts and cannot find any.

Carl is running HS8s on his car with BAW needles and .100 jets.
I made my own choke linkage for HS8 carbs.
