Sprint shockers

Any recommendations for a full set of shocks for the Sprint.
Preferably as close to standard/original as possible - and good quality.
If someone has a full set of genuine ones hidden away, and willing to part with them, that would be dandy.

The fitment on mine was definitely Unipart, the ones I've just taken off (below), Can you PM me some photos Steve, I may be interested.

I'll measure mine and post the height, underside of pan to bolt centre, then you can see if one of yours matches my one!

Thanks, the part number on the fronts are GSA 402, I've not taken the backs off yet, but suspect they're GSA 404.

Here are the pics Murdo
The front one is labelled GSA 335, whether this is a superceded part number I know not! The box says Sprint and 1850 in handwriting but it's pretty far gone with no actual part number on it. The rear had the remains of a box too but that got binned. I bought both at the Stoneliegh show in February. The rear has no discernible GSA part number and the distance from the bottom of the spring pan to the lower bolt hole centre is 145mm as near as I could measure it. The spring pan diameters are correct for Sprint on both shox. (as compared with my OE Monroes on my own Sprint)

Mine measure 145 mm and 160 mm. The 145 mm one has GSA336 in marker pen written on it along with ‘Dolomite’ and ‘Rear’

Thanks for that, so not the GSA 402 that came off the front, and no matching pair out of the 4 of them.
Ideally looking for a new pair, which are in good synthetic condition, purely for appearance reasons - if I did find a pair they could of course be repainted.

By my reckoning, Steve and I have a matching pair of rears between us...

I'll check the part number on the rears, I think they'll be GSA 404.

Be interesting to know what the 335 is, and Alun's 336 - but who's the part number guru?

Have found GSA 404 stamped on the 160 mm one and very very feint 336 on the 145 mm one.
I have a Unipart Shock Absorber catalogue....but all the references are the later 5 figure GSA 7**** part numbers

Are they new old stock, or used shocks.
