Downloadable templates for repair panels

I am in the process of digitizing all of the templates that I have with the ultimate aim of allowing users to download and print them out 1:1 for their own use, cut them out, stick them to a panel etc...

This may take a while, I have a lot of templates!!

I will try and update this post accordingly over the coming weeks.

Instructions for printing the pdf templates:

Download and open the appropriate pdf file, some larger pieces may be spread across two pages/files.

To print ensure that you select print Actual Size

When you have printed the file you can verify the size by measuring the white and black Scale, each block is 10mm long by 5mm wide, if this is correct then the file has printed to the correct sizing.

Brilliant idea!! Appreciate the time and effort this will take, but really useful.

One tiny ask/suggestion - can you write the metal thickness on the template. Will save a lot of time trying to measure thickness, I know there will be standard thicknesses for body and "chassis" parts but I can never remember!

Thanks

Roger

Thanks chaps, I'm still in the process of working through them. It's taking longer than expected, mainly due to having to teach myself AutoCad!

I've been using the older style CAD.... Cardboard Aided Design.

Back in 1994, when I was still officially registered as unemployed, I took a Konver Scheme funded, City & Guilds course in AutoCAD 12, at Chelmsford College of Further Education, but I have never since had the opportunity to use AutoCAD!
