Well, I've actually had Spax, Koni's and AVO's to be precise!<br>

The Spax units were a load of shite, I wasnt too impressed with the damping ability (they reacted too slowly) and the adjusters made hardly any difference in damping and made a squeaking noise despite the car getting stiffer ...

I've got the utmost respect for anyone who carries out a V8 conversion, but unless you've got a seriously tuned lump (like the AJP unit) you really need to work hard to justify using one instead of a modern 4-pot.<br>
