Hi all,
I might be getting an overdrive gearbox complete with gearlever soon.
What other parts would need to be swapped to fit this to my non overdrive 1500 Dolomite?
I'm guessing a propshaft but how about gearbox mounting brackets?

Are 1850 engines that have a number that ends in HEA actually different to those that are just HE.

I assume the "A" is for automatic but I can't see that the engine iself should be any different.

Hi all,
Any tips on removing the heater fascia so I can get at the gubbins behind.
One lever is bent and needs straightening and a cable has popped off another.
Manual says two screws hold on from inside but how do I getbto them?

Hello forum members. I have just rejoined after an abscence and need your help.

In removing the rear axle from my 1980 Dolomite 1500HL I have snapped the threaded end of one of the tie bars. Ideally I'd just buy a new one but they don't seem to be available??
I see Rimmers list a recon item, though ...
