Mascot
Got a black Shar-Pei.... he's just gone one yr old, cute as a cute thing and a personality that would shame a lot of the people I deal with daily! Not doing too well on the car front - all of them static for the moment - but the football team took him as mascot and we gained promotion.... so he's ...

Project ( standstill! )
I'm looking at a stripped out shell ( did that to replace floor corners and check sills ) while my folks attic strains under the weight of the interior. It's a rolling shell at present - spare engine in but not hooked up. Original motor here at my place awaiting my decision and (of course ) funds ...

Fellas, as I can't make Lydden as spectator ( friends wedding in Duesseldorf ) - anyone planning on going Franco for the weekend? Prepare to be questioned on the builds though! I'm sticking to road/track days for now so no racing secrets needed <!--EZCODE EMOTICON START ;) --><img src=http://www ...

Re: Sheared Bolt - Water Pump
thanks Ben, I'll be trying that, hopefully this evening. In response to carsreunited - I'm over in Brussels - from the photo on your post it seems you're the one way up north who had the bonnet bulge and extractors coming up over the top - I remember the car was for sale..... did it go or did you ...

Sheared Bolt - Water Pump
AARRGGHHHH........... After stripping the sprints' 'other' motor to almost nothing I headed for the distinctly dodgy looking water pump - and of course the stud sheared <!--EZCODE EMOTICON START >: --><img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/mad.gif ALT=">:"><!--EZCODE EMOTICON ...

Re: Extractors on a Sprint???
There is a racing team in the Young Timers trophy over in Germany that have done it - but they moved the motor in a major way. I'll try and track down the details - I had a photo of the engine bay but the old laptop was stolen. <br>

Thanks Adam
Thanks Adam, I've emailed the guy for any advice on this one. Hopefully it'll help cut the amount of time scratching bits I shouldn't while figuring out what I do next!<br>
I'll also be speaking to BK and his engine guru - see what goodies they've got to help out.<br>

First time Track Builder - Engine overhaul
Guys, First timer looking to put my Dolly on the track. I've collected all the poly bits ( I think ) and have Sierra 4pots waiting for my vented conversion ( any more info on that? ) - the motor is sitting on an engine stand awaiting my selection while my Visa is in my pocket trying to take cover ...
